Evan joins his family (officially) Friday
Evan, with his blue eyes and silly grin, couldn’t be a cuter 10-year-old.
He’s funny and just a little bit sassy.
And he’s thrilled to soon officially be a member of a family. After being in foster care since he was 3, he’s being adopted Friday by his foster parents, Chad and Melissa Peters.
