His name is really Joseph, but he likes to be called Joe.
He’s funny, smart and easy to engage. Like most kids his age, he loves to play video games. He also enjoys computers and building and fixing things. Drawing is his favorite thing to do and he loves craft projects.
Joe is eager to be adopted and become a part of a new family.
